Shipping Policy

Shipping across South Africa directly to your door at a flat rate of R99. 

Return & Exchange Policy

It's important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item to us and we will either repair / replace it or reimburse you, subject to the terms below.

In general, you can return an unwanted item to us at no charge, provided: 

• it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 

• it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition; 

• it is not missing any parts 

• you can log your return via email to info@swingtag.co.za within 30 days (or 7 days for products marked “Clearance”) of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product.

We will collect the product from you at no charge. Please note that the courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your order for a different size. We will collect the item for you at no cost. Your new size will only be delivered once once your original item has been received. Please note that this will be inspected. If your size is not immediately available and you are unable to wait for production we will reimburse you in full.

If you received the incorrect item or your order was damaged at time of delivery please let us know via email to info@swingtag.co.za. We will arrange collection and once we have received this item and it's been inspected, we will process your exchange.
